Welcome to My New "Post A Prayer" Page

 

The Post a Prayer page idea came to me in the most inspired way. I was thinking about some of the people I have met while promoting my CD, and began to really want to deepen my relationship with these new friends. It then came to me! The Lord pointed out that everyone has a need of some kind, whether it be big or small, healing, encouragement, financial, marital etc...AND a way to come together would be through PRAYER.  Where 2 or more are gathered, He is among them. I would like for people to know, not just wonder, but to know that someone out here is praying for them and their specific need. Someone is standing in the gap for you! I want to encourage friendship, a prayer life,  and comfort by letting people know that I will listen, I will pray, and I will Post the Prayer for all the world to see and to enter into agreement that the Lord knows, hears, and will provide for those who ask.  Send me your prayer requests via email to analisabailey@hotmail.com and I will post the prayer specifically for you on this page.  If you prefer I pray for you confidentially, please indicate so in your email.

1/31/09-Prayer for my Aunt Yoli-Delafield, Wisconsin:

I thank you , thank you, thank you, Lord for my wonderful aunt! She is such a full of life person, a great spirit, and I thank you for her presence in my life. Please continue to "speak" to her, comfort her, and allow her to know your voice clearly.  She searches for you, so I ask you Lord to search her heart. Cleanse her heart and mind and give her a rejuvenated feeling of newness in YOU, Father. Keep her safe and close to you, In Jesus's name, Amen.

12/10/08-Prayer for the Marine Pilot who crashed his jet into Dong Yun Yoon's home:

Dear Father of Heaven, May you comfort this young man who is greiving for the family that was affected by his accident. May this young pilot be not brought into depression and life long mourning for the accident. As the recent widower Mr. Yoon asked, we pray for this young pilot who is not to blame for the accident. May he be shown mercy and kindness when he feels he deserves none. Comfort this poor unfortunate soul so that he is not tortured his entire life. In Jesus's Name, Amen.

12/10/08 Prayer for Dong Yun Yoon, Husband and Father who lost his entire family:

OH Comfort us Lord!! We come together in hard prayer for this man who lost his family! Help us Lord to see glory for you in this tragedy! Above all, bring comfort and hope and love to this fellow believer in San Diego, Ca! Oh Father, as part of the body of Your Church, we feel when another part is hurting! Oh Just God, please show grace, grace, grace through this man, Dong. Please bring him closer to you for only you can comfort him.  His loss is great and deep and we grieve together with him.  Help him heal with your power and strength. We weep to you Lord, for only you can know our sorrow and how deep it runs. We are comforted knowing you and that one day we will be with you together in paradise.  We ask and beg for your mercy, In Jesus's name, Amen.

12/10/08-Prayer for my friend Nancy G, Grand Prairie,TX:

Dear Gracious Lord, How can we say thanks for all that you have done for us? You protect us everyday, you keep our heart beating while we are asleep, and yet we take these small things for granted some time. We thank you for the smallest of things such as breath, and smiles. Father, I thank you for my good friend, Nancy, who turns to you, and only You, in her hour of stress. You are so full of incomprehensible grace, and know us inside and out. You know our worries and pains, yet you tell us to not worry about anything because you want us to have happy lives.  Your love involves us and we need to remember to involve You in our lives.  Help Nancy to know you want to be involved with her. You want only good for her. You love her and help her feel that.  There is no security without You, Father.  Provide us this day, and especially Nancy, with the warmth of your presence and security. May she experience something she never has known before, In Your Son's Name, Jesus, Amen.

8/24/08-Prayer for Doug & Laura McDonald of the FHTM family in Lexington,KY:

Oh Lord, we humbly ask for the speedy and full recovery for both husband and wife, Doug & Laura of their car accident injuries. Lord, we don't know why these things unexpectedly happen, but they do. Random accident or not, we bring these 2 lives to you at the cross and ask for a complete healing for them. Please stabalize them and bring them to full awakening and in a new complete awareness of your love. Let you receive all the glory and honor. In Jesus' name, Amen.

6/23/08-Prayer for Gary Rowland, Vietnam veteran-2 Tours, Silver Star, Bronze Medal, 2 Purple Hearts recepient:

"America, America, God shed His Grace on thee...:

Oh Dear God of Heaven, We bow down to you and know that all that happens on earth is controlled by you, and that it is only us Humans who allow evil to reign supreme which turns everything into chaos. Father, I pray tonight for my brother in Christ, Gary Rowland. Lord, you have instilled in this man a courageous heart, a loyal heart, but best of all, a tender heart. I ask, in the powerful and gentle name of Jesus, that you take a hold of Gary and transform him into a man so hungry for God today! I pray that he thrills to speak of you, that he delights in all that you will show and reveal to him, and that he be comforted by the Lord who loves him. Father, be his best friend and protect him, and shower him with your love. No other love is better than God's love. If he can experience you in the fullest way, he will thirst and hunger for nothing else. Bless his hands, bless his hands, bless his hands. Bless his mind, clear his mind, fill his mind, rest his mind. Peace and comfort are Gary Rowland's constant companions because Father you have called him by his name. You KNOW Gary, and you are watching over Gary, and we know this, not just think or hope, but KNOW that it is so. In your precious son's name, Jesus, Amen.

6/23/08-Prayer for Madeleine Criswell, longtime friend:

Dear precious Lord, I lift up my friend Madeleine to you today Lord, because I have been neglectful in praying for dear friends. Lord, how you love Madeleine! Father, I thank you for having brought her into  my life so long ago and I repent for not having contacted her sooner. Even though some years have passed since we last spoke, Father, please use those lost years to bless each other in a new and more meaningful way. I ask for forgiveness for being stubborn and negligent to her. Father, you have gifted my sister with so many special qualities and talents and I have been blessed by those gifts. I thank you Lord for your forgiveness and ask that you impart that forgiveness to flourish between Madeleine and me. In Jesus' Holy name, Amen.

6/13/08-Prayer for David of South Dallas who is a regular listener to KVTT:

Oh precious Lord, how I thank you for this brother who is known only to me through the radio, but who is completely known to you Father. You have obviously worked in David's life and he knows your voice, Father. Father, he listens on the radio and feeds on your word and is moved by music. I thank you for this gifted listener who tunes in to YOU Lord, as well as your word.  I thank you for his appreciation of music and that his soul is touched and ministered to by the divinely inspired songs written. I ask that you bless David's life in a unique way and that you heal any infirmity in his body, and pain shall be gone in your powerful name of Jesus!! Oh Lord, show David what you are capable of doing Father in a very distinct way to him so that he will fully see how much you DO love him. I thank you so much in the heavenly name of Jesus, Amen.

6/8/08-Prayer for Christina Sims and her mission trip to Nigeria:

Father, Father, I thank you so much for my sister, Christina! What joy she brings to any room she enters! I know that she will bring much joy to Nigeria and even more hope with the message of Jesus Christ. Father, her heart wishes to minister to the world in your name in any manner you would guide her to, so, let you will be done if she is to go to Nigeria. Let the funds be available if it is your will. If it is your will, may she be completely under your protection, Lord. I am so, so, so, grateful to know that she exists in the world and am honored to have her as a friend. She is a blessing to me, so continue to bless her as she walks in obedience to your will, Father God. In Jesus Holy name, Amen.

 

4/18/08-Prayer for Gentry Pierce being deployed to Iraq:

"What a friend we have in Jesus, all our sins and grief to bear. What a privilege to carry everything to God in prayer. O what peace we often forfeit, O what needless pain we bear. All because we do not carry, everything to God in prayer." Dear Lord, I begin with the words to the song written by J. Scriven in 1855 to bring comfort to his mother. Lord, you put this song in my heart for this prayer and you never cease to amaze me. I had no idea that this song was also used in WWI to bring comfort to soldiers. Oh, Father, thank you that you are watching over soldiers and those who are called to honor their country by representing us. Great Lord, we are asking for a special protection on Gentry. Shield and cover him with your arms and annointing. Show him favour among his comrades and among strangers. Let his goodness be known throughout his journey. Make him the man for God that he is to be. Guard his eyes, and his heart among many non-believers who might gather around him. Strengthen him when he calls your son's name, Jesus. Give him courage when he calls the name of Jesus. Grant him peace when he calls the name of Jesus. Protect him when he calls the powerful name of Jesus. Bring him home safely to us, In Jesus's name, Amen.

 

4/13/08-Prayer for my friend, Alicia Rogers:(friend with some physical challenges)

Father, you bring us joy, music, and all good things. You are so generous and wonderous! We marvel at your majesty and grace to us. Father, I thank you for my sister in Christ and music, Alicia. Lord, I thank you for her gentle heart and nature. She is a woman who lives to serve You , Lord and only wishes to please her Heavenly Father. My sister needs healing and a touch from you, oh Father. Her mind remains on you, but she is challenged by physical difficulty. Please help her overcome anything that would try to rattle her confidence, or that would undermine who she is in You, Oh Lord. Refresh her spirit and her body and we ask that you supernaturally boost her so that her talents will be used to the fullest while on this earth. We thank you Lord for the time together as friends and music and business partners. We have been blessed by the work you've done Lord in each other. May our friendship continue to blossom and may our Love of the Lord forever increase while we stand and breathe. I thank you for my sister's healing , thank you wonderful Lord, in Jesus's name, Amen.

4/7/08-Prayer for my friend, James Kings:(friend and father of son killed in hit and run)

Thank you Lord for the time you grant us to love you. Thank you Lord for the time you give us with others. Thank you Lord for the opportunities to share you with others, talk about you to others, and to praise you together with others. I thank you for a man on earth like James Kings. Lord, you blessed James Kings so mightily. He is one who is highly favoured. Father, he needs you like he's never needed you before at this time. Lord, I ask that you take James and his family and pull them closer to you than ever before. Allow them to know in their heart of hearts that they were so blessed to have Dante among them for the time they did and that his work was indeed done. That it was in an instant that Dante found himself in your presence Lord. No pain for Dante, no pain when he's with You, Lord. and Lord, For the pain that James is currently feeling, I ask that you fill the void completely , in time, with more love for his Heavenly Father. That's what really matters and that's what you tell us Lord. Our purpose is to be thankful beings for you and to reflect You in all that we do, and in how we respond. Oh, Lord, help us to lean on you more and more. The more we lean on you Father, the less pain we feel on this temporary earth. Bless my brother, James, and keep his heart light and full of music & love. In Jesus' name, Amen.

4/3/08-Prayer for my friend, Steve Browne:(friend facing some physical obstacles)

What a kind, loving , and caring heavenly Father we have! Father, I thank you for my brother in music and in Christ, Steve Browne. I am grateful to have a person of Steve's character in my life and to have the privilege to pray for his healing. Lord, you know Steve's life and have watched him and have guided and guarded him. Lord, we ask that he have the eyes to see and the ears to hear your depth of love for him and your perfect will for his life. He is blessed with a daughter that depends on him and we ask that you keep Steve healthy all the days of his life. And we ask that his emotions remain under your control, Lord, whenever there appears to be a challenge. Comfort him and heal him through and through. In Jesus' name, Amen.

4/1/08-Prayer for Shelly's daughter, Shawnna:

Oh Precious Loving Father, you are the creator of all life. You breathe your spirit into every living thing here on this earth, and we thank you for the precious gift. Father, we humbly ask for your healing miraculous power to be bestowed on Shawnna and her little unborn son. We ask for your protection surrounding the little boy in his mommy and we specifically ask for physical strength and restoration for Shawnna. Her body is housing the unborn child Lord and she needs your strength and healing. Father, Oh God, we ask that if any medical procedure have to be done, that you guide all the hands involved with surgery. But we ask Father for the miracle of healing and then the miracle of life to take place so that no surgery  has to be done. We believe with all our might that you know what is best and we trust you Father in all circumstances. Our destiny is to be with you and that is all that matters in the end. We love you Lord, and we thank you for Your Son, Jesus, who willingly died so we could have life. Perfectly born, and perfectly died, that is what Jesus did. We ask that you guard our hearts and mind against anything that would turn us away from you Lord, no matter what the circumstance. In the holy name of Jesus, Amen.

3/16/08-Prayer for J. Majors and his vision for the Lord, Atlanta, Ga:

Father, I am so grateful for your faithfulness and goodness, and generosity. You show us mercy so undeserved. Father, J. has a vision for you and to advance your kingdom. Lord, you know his heart and his vision. You gave him that vision and we ask that your timing be first , your will be first, and your plan unfold as you would will it, Lord. J. is willing and able to execute your will, Father. We ask that you provide the resources and people needed to fullfill you perfect plan to spread the Gospel to anyone who would listen. Thank you Lord for your Son, Jesus, Amen.

3/05/08-Prayer for Janie, friend of Shirley's, Dallas, TX:

Dear Father, I thank you for the new friends you've brought into my life through other people. Janie is one of those new people in my life and her story is all too familiar. She suffers physically with her cancer and tumors but Lord you can heal her. She shows considerable faith and strenght that only you can provide and I ask for special healing for her. Relieve her of her pain and show her your miraculous work. Keep her and bless her. In Jesus name, Amen.

2/20/08-Prayer for Paula in recovery in Monroe, LA:

Our great physician, oh Lord, that is what you are. You are so kind and loving and we thank you for giving us life in the first place. You didn't have to do what you did for us, but you did! So many times we fight what should be done according to your words Lord, and we wind up in holes that keep us down for so long. But Lord, when you get our attention, you GET OUR Attention! and that is when you really want to show us your love. Father, we know you want to show Paula what love really is. Increase her faith at this time of recovery for her, Lord. Please draw her heart closer to you, along with her children , and hold them closer to you more than ever before. The life we have on earth is hard for so many, but one day, there will be no more pain and no more sorrow, as you have promised us, Lord. All we need is a little more faith and only you can provide that to us. Give Paula faith, Father. Give her grace, and show her mercy. We ask for a complete healing for her body. IN Jesus's name, Amen.

2/20/08-Prayer for friend, Trey C., Dallas,TX

Our gracious and forgiving Father, we know that you have taught us to forgive as we ourselves have been forgiven. We ask that you show your healing & forgiving love to your child, Trey. Father as you gave us the story of the prodigal son, Trey is likened as to that son in the story. Father, he wants to come home because he wants to be forgiven.  Lord, we know you are like that father in the story who welcomes us back with open arms when we are truly repentant in our heart and mind. Repentence is a total "turning away", literally going the opposite direction, and coming home to you, Lord. Father, we know you gave us free will and Trey freely gives his will over to be YOUR WILL. Bless Trey's singing and voice, and please put Trey in place you need and want him to be. Give him a transformed mind and heart and touch his life in a profound way. In Jesus's name, Amen.

2/5/08-Prayer for Charles Whitaker and his fellow comrade firefighter:

Lord in Heaven, hear our cries! You are all knowing and all seeing and we beseech you to hear our cry for this brother and his fellowman. We know not the reasons, nor the conditions as to why these crimes take place, but we know for sure that Our Lord is watching and keep tally. Lord, we know that vengeance is yours and that you take care of your children. We pray for justice to be swift for the perpetrators of the crimes against our 2 brothers. We ask that you convict their hearts and that you strike them to the core with your power. Father, let the perpetrators be so ashamed of themselves that they come clean for their soul's sake. Above all, we ask Lord that you comfort the friends and family of our brethren and that you keep them with us a little longer. Families are in desperate need of these 2 men and Lord, please heal them fully. In Jesus healing name, Amen.

2/5/08-Prayer for Israel-the Holy Land:

Jehovah, Holy Father, we come to you in reverence and into the Holy of Holys with fear and humility before you to ask that you guard your nation of Israel. Father, your holy covenant with that great people has been binding and shall last forever. Lord, we ask that you watch your children of Israel and that you defend when need be, and defy man's impositions on your sovereign plan. Lord, that it always be your will on Earth as it is in Heaven. We seek you in urgency and earnestness for the Middle East to settle and revere you as the one True God.  We give you thanksgiving and praise for all and all that is to come. In your son's name, Jesus, Amen.

2/5/08-Prayer for Laura in Athens, TX:

Father, sweet Father, we ask that you be with Laura and meet her where she's at. You see her as a soul that is important, Lord, and we ask that you give her the faith to know that SHE IS important. We ask you Lord to help her hear the words of Love from you in her ears constantly, and that she recognize your voice and that when she does hear you, that she be filled with overwhelming warmth and godly emotion. She is a young lady who is beautiful and wonderfully made by you, oh King! Please over shower her with your grace, strength, wisdom and humility. Let her know that she is valid and that she is a special daughter of the most High King. The God of the Universe! Fill her heart with joy so much that she cannot contain herself. We ask these special things in the holy name of Jesus, Amen.

2/4/08-Prayer for Lawana's Dad:

Dear Father, You are the great I am. You are the great Physician. We know that with one touch of your finger you can wipe out disease and pain. We ask for a special touch on Lu's dad. He suffers with pain, and we know that you, Oh Lord, have felt pain. Please continue to comfort him and minister to him despite this physical problem. Father, it is sometimes through these painful inflictions that we realize how vulnerable and small we are. Thank you for loving us and for your grace and patience. May Lu's father succumb to your will for his life and listen to your voice of instruction and wisdom. In Jesus's wonderful , healing name, Amen.

1/22/08-Prayer for the son of my friend, Lisa from Dallas:

Oh Heavenly Father, How you love us so much! We are all your children and you have created us for your delight! Father, we fall so short of always pleasing you, and we know that even YOUR heart hurts when you see your children fall astray or disobey your will. But Lord, we have your words, and your Holy Spirit whom you send to us to guide and minister to us to help us live our lives purely & with Godly authority. We lift up a young man to you for a special touch, Lord. We lift up Jeff, at the request of a mother whose heart is hurting for her son. Lord, please breathe into this young body, a healing and powerful breath that will renew his strength and cause him to walk upright for you. Give this young man a hunger for the things that are right, and a hunger to know You. Father, take hold of Jeff, and bring him face to face with you so that he may be a witness for you and that he may know what it feels like to walk in Victory because of You, Lord. Father, let him ask for wisdom that only comes from above, and that he use that wisdom to make the choices you would have him make. Feed this young soul with your spiritual food, and bring to him godly people who can help equip him for life. Jeff's health, soul, and life are in your loving hands, Father. In Jesus's name, Amen.

1/22/08-Prayer for Liz from South Texas:

Dear gentle Father, How tender your love is to us! You made man in your image, but woman was where you showed great creativity! Father, you know the heart of my sister, Liz. She loves you, serves you, and glorifies you every day. I know my friend has suffered cruelly but she still brings you glory by clinging to you for hope. Lord, you know the state of her broken heart and broken marriage, but we ask that you be her comfort and joy despite the earthly situation. The situation is firmly in your hands, Father, and so is Liz's heart. We ask that you remove the scales off of her beloved's eyes and that he see how he has displeased you, Lord. We command, in Jesus's Name, that the deception that the evil one has planted in his soul be pulled out and not take root in his soul and heart. Liz's beloved has entangled himself and you are the only one that can deliver him and lead him out of the darkness. Please, Holy Spirit, comfort my sister and her children and hold them close. In Jesus's name, Amen.

1/17/08-Prayer Request for James Belk from Dallas:

Dear Father, We sing hymns and songs of praise to you Lord for you are the one who blesses us with talents and gifts. Some of us have been annointed and called in to your musical service and we ask that your message be sent out to the world through your musical vessels. I pray on James' behalf, Father, that you bring the right people together to form a musical team that would interpret and deliver James' songs to bring you Glory. Lord, He wants to serve you with his music and you know his heart to it's deepest core. Bless his desire to bring you honor through his songs. Father, open a door to bring a collaborator or a group of collaborators together to produce these songs strictly for your praise, Lord, since it is not ourselves that we should be boastful of, but only boast of your goodness and mercy. I thank you Father that you hear us, In your Son's name, Jesus, Amen.

1/12/08-Prayer Request for J.D. from New England:

Dear Lord, We acknowledge together that you are the ONE God of the Universe. We acknowledge you as our creator, and that you had us planned to exist even before we were conceived. Oh Father, we come in prayer and thanksgiving because we know you are a God who listens and cares. We lift up J.D. from New England to you for healing. Doctors can only offer so much, but Lord, you offer us all. This young life of J.D.'s is dedicated to you, Father. You know his parent's pain and hold their hearts ever so gently. We thank you, in Jesus's name, that you have heard our prayer of healing for J.D. We pray for a COMPLETE healing and believe in your goodness. We praise you Lord in everything, in Jesus's name, Amen.

1/12/08-Prayer Request for Ron Sims:

Our Heavenly Father, you are our comfort and our joy! We thank you for loving us so much to send your only Son, Jesus Christ, down to this earth to bear our sins and afflictions. We are bought and paid for by Jesus. Father, we rejoice because you give our days purpose here on earth. Father, we come together in prayer for a man who loves you. We are asking for a touch from YOU, Father, on brother Ron's body. Lord, you know and see Ron's heart for you, and now we ask that you restore his body to function as it should. Ron is young at heart, and we ask for you, Lord, to strengthen his limbs, muscles, faculties, heart, and speech for him. Lord we can only rely on you in this world, and you are our only hope when doctor's are baffled. Lord, comfort and heal him in that hospital bed tonight. We pray for his wife and children, especially Christina, to remain hopeful and vigilant for your will to be done. Thank you for your joy, thank you for grace, thank you for being with us. In Jesus's name, Amen.

1/12/08-Prayer Request for Angel Page:

Wonderful Lord! I thank you for bringing a sister in Christ, like Angel, to be in my life. She is on fire for you, Lord and cares only to please you.  Father, I thank you for giving her wisdom, a long-suffering soul, and unwavering trust in YOU. We come together in prayer for you to provide a means of transportation for her, Lord. She understands that you are our provider for all, and we believe together that you will provide transport for her. Lord, she has been content without wheels, without much of anything, but she is asking now Lord for you to provide this need. Father, you also know best when it comes to timing for marriage. We ask that the man designed for her be brought into her life with your perfect timing. You are her first love, Lord, and we acknowledge that for all of us. You also designed us to enjoy marriage between a man and a woman, and we ask that you grant Angel divine patience while she waits on You. Thank you for your goodness, in Jesus's name, Amen.
